**Manufacturing Supervisor** **Job Purpose:** Manage, organize, and supervise personnel under direct supervision, while ensuring, to the greatest extent possible, adherence to the production schedule by establishing daily and/or weekly production targets. **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise activities related to production line startup (T1 Monday). 2. Manage and supervise operational staff. 3. Ensure compliance with the production schedule. 4. Report daily performance indicators (scrap, output, quality). 5. Submit reports and provide support to coordination and production management for decision-making. 6.
