




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal operation, safety, and preservation of building facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems. 2. Respond to tenant reports and coordinate with Facilities Management. 3. Follow safety procedures and participate in emergency protocols. Ensure optimal operation, safety, and preservation of building facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various systems. **Responsibilities** * Conduct assessment, repair, and maintenance work on **plumbing, electrical, etc.** systems. * Promptly respond to tenant reports regarding mechanical failures or maintenance needs. * Coordinate with Facilities Management for work requiring external vendors or specialized technicians. * Properly use assigned tools, equipment, and supplies. * Calibrate instruments and tools necessary for proper job performance. * Comply with corporate safety procedures and access control protocols. * Actively participate in building emergency and evacuation protocols. **Requirements** * Prior experience in building maintenance (preferred). * Practical knowledge of plumbing, electricity, etc. * Basic understanding of safety regulations and emergency response. * Responsible, organized individual with effective communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent working environment.
