GRUPO LALA AGUASCALIENTES We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, with the objective of preserving the functionality of machinery, equipment and facilities through capable and committed personnel, by implementing effective maintenance strategies; through inspection and inventory control that allow optimizing reliability and operational risk, thus maximizing process profitability. Compliance: * Lowest possible cost * Established quality * Timely service * Safety and environmental commitment Functions: * Maintain machinery in optimal condition by applying preventive and corrective maintenance. * Record all information collected after an intervention in SAP. * Comply with regulations (safety, SQF, maintenance policies). * Optimize resources (money, energy, time) by tracking equipment failures. * Reduce MTTR and increase MTBF. * Perform activities and responsibilities of Planned Maintenance within the Continuous Improvement system. * Fulfill roles and attendance schedules according to operational needs. * Comply with established cafeteria schedules, subject to operational requirements. * Comply with vacation schedule, already validated at the beginning of each year; re-scheduling will be notified 30 days in advance for changes, according to operational needs. * Ensure necessary spare parts are available in the warehouse. * Manage compliance with warehouse spare parts inventory addition and removal guidelines.
