Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance professional to ensure the proper functioning and conditioning of our offices, performing repairs and assisting with furniture relocation. Work Location: Just 5 minutes from Xola Metro Station (Calzada de Tlalpan) WE OFFER: Monthly salary: $9,451 net Statutory benefits Job stability SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Fixed day off on Sunday REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education level: Junior high school * Experience in: Painting Basic electricity Plumbing Carpentry General maintenance Furniture handling MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * General office maintenance (preventive and corrective) * Basic repairs to electrical and plumbing installations * Painting and finishing work * Furniture adjustments and repairs * Assistance with furniture relocation * Ongoing inspection of facilities * Response to internal maintenance reports * Space conditioning Be part of a committed and continuously growing team!
