




**JOB REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION** **TRAINING** **EXPERIENCE** Mechatronics, Industrial, Maintenance, Electronics Engineering or related field. Intermediate English proficiency. Interactive LOTO (Lockout-Tagout). Microsoft Office. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment or tooling. Electrical installation safety. Required (3 years in a similar position). **SKILLS** **Compliance with Job Requirements / Training Plan to Be Provided** Interpretation of diagrams. Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Electrical control and PLCs. Problem solving. Leadership. Compliance with the job description requirements will be evaluated based on one or more of the following: Resume/CV, Job Application Form, Competency Certificate and/or Evidence of Competency. The candidate must demonstrate at least 70% competency against the described requirements and submit supporting documentation. If the candidate does **not possess the required training or skills (Mandatory)**, the organization shall provide such training, documented in **format (FR-3.2.1.1.1 Training Needs Identification)**, delivered according to the annual training program and/or immediate scheduling. **(8) RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comply with company-established standards. * Actively participate in achieving the Maintenance Department’s objectives. * Implement and maintain the 5S program within the work area. * Comply with established Quality Management System procedures and current safety regulations. * Availability for shift rotation. * Proper lockout and tagging of equipment per LOTO instructions. * Use the escalation system (upward communication) appropriately with the multifunctional team (Stop, Notify, Wait). * Provide technical support to production areas. * Develop and implement improvement projects related to equipment safety, quality, and productivity. * Support commissioning of transferred machinery or new products. * Organize activities according to role responsibilities. **(9) ACTIVITIES** * Perform tasks safely and report any unsafe conditions within the work area. * Complete shift handover reports. * Execute machinery improvement projects. * Detect, analyze, and correct equipment failures. * Provide support and training to maintenance technicians. * Follow up on customer complaint actions and machinery-related safety actions. * Propose continuous improvement ideas for the production area (e.g., process automation). * Develop equipment reconstruction projects. * Request general spare parts. * Manage general suppliers. * Modify production equipment per established guidelines.
