Position Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and branches by optimizing routes and operational resources. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic route coordination and delivery supervision. 2. Comprehensive personnel management and order tracking in the system. 3. Vehicle maintenance and incident response to ensure service continuity. **Logistics Coordinator** **Position Objective** Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to customers and branches through proper route planning and efficient use of operational resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate delivery routes. * Supervise drivers and loading assistants. * Ensure complete deliveries within committed deadlines. * Prepare and track orders in the system (ERP). * Verify delivery logs and fuel consumption performance. * Coordinate preventive maintenance for vehicles. * Address incidents with internal and external customers. * Meet performance indicators (deliveries, costs, and timelines). **Requirements** * Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU) or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum experience: 3 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. * ERP system proficiency (Intelisis preferred). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Geographic knowledge and GPS usage. **We seek individuals who make things happen!!!**
