**Join a company focused on strategic, data-driven decision-making.** We are seeking a **Data Engineer** to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based data solutions, with emphasis on scalability, security, and efficiency. You will be a key contributor to BI project development, data governance initiatives, and standardization of architectures within demanding corporate environments. **Responsibilities:** * Lead business intelligence (BI) projects—from requirements gathering through report and dashboard development. * Design and implement cloud data architectures (primarily Azure), ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability. * Develop ETL processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory and IBM DataStage. * Coordinate the Data Governance process and manage key stakeholders to ensure information control and quality. * Perform data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and extraction from multiple sources. * Administer Data Warehouses in Azure Synapse and manage structural access controls and permissions. * Monitor Azure environment security in alignment with corporate cybersecurity policies. * Develop reports and KPIs using Power BI, aligned with strategic objectives. * Author technical and functional documentation to translate business needs into concrete solutions. * Provide technical guidance to business users and developers on data integration, visualization, and analysis. * Serve as a center of excellence for data analytics, empowering organizational leaders with accurate and timely information. * Standardize data architectures across projects, promoting component reuse. * Optimize data loading and processing for large-scale datasets, ensuring availability and reliability. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in designing and architecting cloud-based data solutions, preferably on Azure. * Advanced knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and Data Warehouse administration. * Proficiency with tools including Azure Data Factory, IBM DataStage, Power BI, and Azure Synapse. * Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Experience in Data Governance initiatives and managing key stakeholders. * Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and technical leadership skills.
