We do not require prior experience—we provide full training starting on day one! **What we offer:** * **Weekly salary:** $2,362\.63 (gross). * **Punctuality and attendance bonus:** $1,900 per month. * **Grocery vouchers:** 13% of monthly salary. * **Savings fund:** 11%. * **Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo):** 28 days. * **Vacation premium:** 75%. * **Subsidized cafeteria:** Only $23 MXN. * **Life insurance:** Comprehensive coverage (up to 24 months’ salary). * **Additional support:** Funeral expenses and annual school support ($500 in July). * **Job stability:** Timely Friday payroll via BBVA. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Secondary school certificate (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Not required (We provide an induction program). * **Age:** 18 to 55 years old. * **Availability:** Willingness to work overtime as required by operations. **Schedule and Shifts:** We operate on a **Monday to Friday** schedule (fixed rest days on **Saturdays and Sundays**), with weekly rotating shifts: * **Day shift:** 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM. * **Night shift:** 10:36 PM to 7:00 AM.
