Responsibilities * Support in electronic invoicing processes. * Processing supplier payments and banking procedures (deposits, transfers, etc.). * Data entry and information management in SAP system. * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents. * General administrative support. Requirements * Technical high school diploma or related technical/administrative degree (e.g., accounting, administration). * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of invoicing and administrative processes. * SAP system experience is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
