Position Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Accounting Assistant to record journal entries, update records, review account balances, manage XML files, and reconcile taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training **Power Depot** We are a comprehensive company with over 25 years of experience in the marketing, installation, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment, power transmission systems, and control systems, working with top national and international brands. **We Are Looking For: TEMPORARY ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – 6 MONTHS** **(with option for an indefinite-term contract)** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and Administrative Sciences, or related field * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in accounting activities * Proficiency in COMPAQ and Excel **Responsibilities** * Accurately and promptly record accounting journal entries related to income and expenses. * Update and maintain current accounting records in the accounting system. * Review and consolidate customer and supplier account balances, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Upload and manage XML files directly from the SAT portal, complying with tax regulations. * Execute transfers between VAT and cost accounts, ensuring proper recording and classification. * Reconcile taxes with recorded accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax obligations. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$15,000** * Weekly payment of **$3,850** * Contract type: TEMPORARY (6 MONTHS) * OPTION FOR INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring by the company * Continuous training **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Location** Av.
