WE ARE SEEKING AN ENGLISH ACADEMIC COORDINATOR At Clarius, we aim for every Mexican leader to speak English confidently and leave a mark on the world. Therefore, we seek an English coordinator who is results-oriented, approachable with professional students and faculty, innovative-minded, maintains a high academic standard, and is open to using artificial intelligence. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year as an Academic Coordinator. * Experience coordinating programs with diverse student populations. * Experience in English teaching or program management (teaching English to executives preferred). **Languages:** * Advanced English B2–C2 (mandatory; must be able to evaluate instructors). **Competencies and Soft Skills:** * Approachable, motivating, and empathetic leadership. * Tact, service orientation, and proactive attitude. * Resilience, adaptability, and curiosity about emerging technologies. * Ability to propose solutions supported by strategic reasoning. * Organization, attention to detail, and strategic vision. * **Values aligned with Clarius:** * Commitment to results. * Unbounded innovation. * Raising standards. * Empowering our students.
