XINQUAN MEXICO AUTOMOTIVE TRIM is seeking a Quality Management System Supervisor. Position Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System based on IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, TSAX, and CTPAT standards. * Communicate the Quality Policy throughout the organization. * Monitor activities to achieve internal QA objectives. * Promote a customer-focused approach across the entire organization. * Track and evaluate activities aimed at improving client scorecard results. * Organize periodic Quality performance review meetings. Job Competencies: * Internal Auditor for VDA 6.3 | IATF-16949 * Problem Solving (8D's) * Proficiency in Office software * Knowledge of statistical process control * Accident prevention * 5S methodology * APQP * ISO 9001 * PPAP / Core tools * QSES * Supplier audits (ISO/IATF) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience in application and management of quality systems in the automotive industry (preferred). * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (able to hold conversations)
