Coordination of routes and operational activities A telecommunications sector company is seeking a Survey Supervisor to coordinate and supervise field activities related to telecommunications infrastructure and networks. Requirements: Experience in telecommunications infrastructure surveys. Knowledge of coaxial and fiber-optic networks (HFC and FTTH). Recognition of active and passive equipment. Identification of service drops and cable trays from providers such as Totalplay, Izzi, Megacable, and Telmex. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and pole types. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, satellite imagery, HFC and FTTH plans. Proficiency with mobile devices and applications such as Google Maps and Google Earth. Experience supervising field personnel. Ability to coordinate routes and operational activities. Minimum education: high school diploma or technical degree. Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: Supervision of survey crews and field personnel. Validation of information collected in the field. Coordination of routes and work schedules. Review and interpretation of blueprints and photographic evidence. Tracking progress and submission of reports. Support in resolving operational incidents. Verification of infrastructure and project feasibility. Skills: Leadership and personnel management. Organization and activity tracking. Effective communication.
