The Optical Fiber Field Supervisor’s primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted operation and operational efficiency of the optical fiber infrastructure, in compliance with SLAs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in optical fiber splicing. * Completed high school education. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Earth, and Falcon. * Knowledge of optical fiber infrastructure operation and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure optimal performance of optical fiber infrastructure in urban areas, including metro rings and long-haul networks. * Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with clients. * Efficiently identify and resolve any issues related to the optical fiber network. * The supervisor must be capable of coordinating both local and remote activities.
