Job Description: Gigacable, a 100% Guadalajara-based company, invites you to join its team as: **TECHNICIAN FOR SERVICE ISSUES (Fiber Optic and Coaxial Installations)** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit customers’ homes to address issues with their digital TV and/or internet services. * Resolve reported service issues. * Explain to the customer the cause of the reported issue. * Explain how the equipment operates. **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly base salary. * Productivity bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. * Free uniforms. * Warehouse located in the south of the city, behind Parque Héroes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be of legal age. * Minimum education: completed secondary school. * Experience handling tools and/or working at heights. * Experience installing telecommunications services (fiber optic and/or coaxial). * Valid driver’s license; ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. * Familiarity with the city.
