Position Summary: We are seeking a Stamping Team Leader to lead personnel, optimize production, and ensure quality in automotive stamping processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in automotive stamping processes using high-capacity presses. 2. Management of unionized personnel and administration of mobile equipment teams. 3. Focus on production optimization, quality, and operational safety (5S). **EX MÉXICO is seeking a Stamping Team Leader in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- AVAILABILITY TO RELOCATE TO QUERETARO OR CELAYA Education: Completed degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4–6 years as a production leader in stamping processes using steel presses exceeding 1000 tons. Proficiency in stamping processes and use of measurement tools. Experience in the mobile equipment industry (Overhead Crane, Forklift, Tugger). ERP PLEX proficiency preferred for production data entry and order management. Experience managing unionized personnel. Personnel administration (attendance incidents, overtime, classification changes). Proficiency in problem-solving tools. Kanban system proficiency. Knowledge of mobile equipment and warehouse management. Directing and assigning tasks to operational staff in the stamping area. Monitoring and optimizing production parameters: OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, die changeover. Validating correct installation, adjustment, and release of dies for structural parts. Ensuring products meet technical specifications and tolerances indicated in engineering drawings. Promoting and maintaining an operational safety, order, and cleanliness culture aligned with 5S standards. Participating in root cause analysis meetings.
