Responsibility and discipline in security **Job Objective:** Ensure the security and integrity of the Agropecuario Shopping Center’s facilities, tenants, customers, and suppliers through continuous surveillance, access control, and adherence to established protocols. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Up to 50 years old * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school diploma * **Appearance:** Professional appearance and appropriate physical condition * **Experience:** Preferred experience in private security or similar positions * **Skills:** * Responsibility and discipline * Observation and attention to detail * Service-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Monitor and protect the shopping center’s facilities. * Conduct periodic patrols within the shopping center. * Report any incidents, anomalies, or suspicious situations. * Support security operations as required. * Verify that horticulturists and street vendors possess valid payment receipts, identification badges, etc. * Control and authorize access for customer and supplier transportation according to established schedules. * Maintain order and ensure compliance with the shopping center’s internal regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Rotating shifts * Work on weekends and holidays Salary: $2,500\.00 \- $2,750\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
