




**Job Objective** Provide operational and administrative support in managing the company’s general services, ensuring the proper functioning of transportation, cleaning, cafeteria, supplies, pool vehicles, and related administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support coordination of the **staff transportation service** (lists, incidents, reports). * Monitor activities of the **cleaning staff** and external service providers. * Support operation of the **cafeteria service** (control, incidents, communication with supplier). * Manage and replenish **stationery and general supplies**. * Support administration of **pool vehicles** (logs, key control, reports). * Assist with administrative procedures and **diverse payment processing**. * Request quotations and support **minor procurement**. * Maintain control of documents, invoices, and departmental files. * Assist with general activities of the administrative department. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree / incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum experience of **1 to 2 years** in general services or administrative roles. * Prior experience in an **industrial or manufacturing company** is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Flexible working hours. **Knowledge and Skills** * Basic administrative control. * Interaction with suppliers. * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail. **Key Competencies** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Order and discipline. * Proactivity. * Honesty.
