**Purpose of the Position**
Conduct **socioeconomic studies and social assessments** through interviews, home visits, and documentary analysis to obtain reliable information regarding candidates’ or users’ sociofamilial and economic environments.
Additionally, provide **administrative support to the department**, ensuring proper file compilation, report preparation, and compliance with internal guidelines—thereby contributing to decision-making in selection processes, institutional programs, or service assignments.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct **socioeconomic interviews** with candidates or users, both on-site and via **home visits**, to collect sociological, familial, and economic information.
* Carry out **socioeconomic studies** according to established guidelines, including data verification, environmental analysis, and issuance of expert opinions.
* Compile, validate, and safeguard **socioeconomic files**, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of information.
* Prepare **reports, assessment summaries, and social evaluation results**, supporting decision-making in recruitment processes, institutional programs, or service allocations.
* Identify and report **inconsistencies or social risk factors** detected during interviews or home visits.
* Follow up on assigned cases, ensuring **timely delivery and quality of collected information**.
* Support **administrative activities within the department**, including document control, database management, and record updates.
* Coordinate with departments such as **Human Resources and/or operational areas**, to ensure proper scheduling of studies and information flow.
* Participate in continuous improvement of processes related to **socioeconomic assessment and social management**.
**Experience**
* Minimum **1–2 years of experience in Social Work**, preferably involving **socioeconomic studies, home interviews, and analysis of the familial environment**.
* Experience in **field data collection**, data validation, and preparation of socioeconomic reports.
* Experience managing **administrative tasks**, document control, and file compilation.
* Desirable experience in **recruitment and selection processes, socioeconomic research, or institutional social programs**.
**Knowledge:**
* Knowledge of **social research methodology** and preparation of socioeconomic studies.
* Proficiency in **interview techniques** and field data collection (e.g., home visits).
* Knowledge of **integration and analysis of sociofamilial and economic information**.
* Proficiency in **document control and file management**, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to internal guidelines.
* Proficiency in **office software tools** (Word, Excel) for report writing and database management.
* Desirable knowledge of **recruitment and selection processes** or candidate evaluation.
