




**General Description** The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing, identifying, and developing business opportunities for the sale of technological solutions and custom-developed systems. Their primary role will be advising potential clients, understanding their operational needs, and presenting value propositions that lead to successful closures, driving the company's commercial growth. Main Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new business opportunities through effective sales strategies (calls, emails, visits, networking, LinkedIn, trade shows, etc.). * Identify customer technology needs and propose solutions based on our custom systems (ERP, web platforms, mobile apps, integrations, automations, etc.). * Conduct sales presentations, system demonstrations (demos), and articulate the company’s unique value proposition. * Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes, technical proposals, and contracts. * Continuously follow up with clients until the sale is closed and assist in transitioning them to the project team. * Keep CRM information updated (sales pipeline, records, KPIs). * Provide post-sale follow-up to strengthen client relationships and generate recurring sales or referrals. * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. * Collaborate with development, support, and administrative teams to ensure effective client communication. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software, SaaS, or digital services. * Basic knowledge of systems, business processes, and business models. * Ability to identify needs and translate them into technological solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Results-oriented with the ability to work towards objectives. * Ability to engage effectively with corporate clients. * Proficiency with CRM and digital tools (Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms). * Proactive, analytical attitude focused on solving customer problems. **Key Competencies** * Negotiation * Persuasion and presentation * Active listening * Planning and organization * Teamwork * Analytical thinking * Disciplined follow\-up * Commercial empathy **We Offer** * Competitive base salary \+ attractive commission structure per closed deal. * Ongoing training in products, processes, and sales skills. * Opportunities for career growth within the sales or project teams. * Professional, dynamic work environment focused on innovation. * Statutory benefits.
