We are currently looking for a **Part-Time Training Advisor (Open)** to join our team in **Aguascalientes**. This role will be responsible for: **A Day in the Life of This Role:** Responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, following up on onboarding and performance, designing training materials from scratch, and collaborating with leaders to identify needs—ensuring effective knowledge transfer. **Job Description** * Support the planning, organization, and execution of training programs. * Deliver onboarding and initial training sessions to new hires. * Follow up on the onboarding process for staff. * Develop and update training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, etc.). * Monitor participant engagement and performance during training sessions. * Administer knowledge assessments and generate results reports. * Identify training needs jointly with team leaders. * Provide feedback to employees regarding their training performance. * Manage and track attendance lists, schedules, and course completion. * Support the implementation of improvements to training processes. * Collaborate with operational areas to ensure proper knowledge transfer to the floor. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Saturday on-call shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Requirements:** * University student or graduate (B.A. in Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, Communication, or related field). * Experience in customer service. * Gender-neutral. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Deliverables:** * Complete scheduled activities. **Mandatory:** Canva, PowerPoint. **Desirable Qualifications:** Basic Microsoft Office suite, English Aguascalientes Aguascalientes Mexico
