




**General Objective:** Carry out warehouse activities that ensure the proper storage of health supplies. **Job Responsibilities:** Conduct physical counts of health supplies against the hospital information system and report any discrepancies to the area supervisor. * Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels, completing forms in accordance with established procedures. * Receive requested health supplies, verifying that they are sealed, in good condition, and maintained at the correct temperature. * Review documents, including invoices (tax requirements, purchase orders, etc.). * Confirm that batch numbers and expiry dates listed on the invoice match those of the physical health supplies, and ensure the purchase order is attached; sign and stamp all received invoices. * Organize health supplies according to the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principle. * Label health supplies. * Evaluate suppliers upon receipt of invoices. * Dispense requested health supplies, performing double verification at the time of delivery. * Enter invoices and inventory movements into the hospital information system. * Record consumption charges to patients and departments in the hospital information system. * Dispense health supplies by preparing the corresponding requisition form. * Identify high-consumption health supplies and notify relevant personnel for inclusion in purchase orders. * Participate in and deliver training sessions as mandated by current regulations. * Manage expiry date control and submit related reports. * Record losses in the appropriate logbook and dispose of them in designated containers. * Clean shelves. * Participate in periodic and annual inventory processes. * Manage and control patient billing and returns. * Process supplier returns. * Maintain accurate and complete records (losses, returns, expired items, and loans). * Conduct daily counts of high-cost health supplies. * Attend training sessions and/or meetings. * Make copies and deliver sets of invoices and supporting documents to Accounting (copy) and Payments (liability control) — original copy. * Monitor daily reports submitted, perform daily data entry for accounting registration. * Actively participate in emergency codes, Facility Security System brigades, and scheduled drills. * Participate in Patient Safety training. * Perform all functions inherent to the scope of this position. **Education:** ACADEMIC LEVEL: High School DIPLOMA(S): N/A **Experience:** 2–4 years * Data entry * Inventory management * Health regulation compliance * Medical devices * Technovigilance (reporting adverse incidents related to medical devices) * Good practices for medical device storage * Storage conditions for medical devices * Handling of expired medical devices * Handling of medical device losses * Receipt of medical devices * Organization by FEFO and FIFO principles * Shelf cleaning * Dispensing of medical devices **Schedule:** — **Travel Required:** — **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **MAC Aguascalientes Norte** CONTACT **Email:** vacantesagsnorte@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:** Apply
