Internal communication and visitor reception Responsible for providing direct administrative and operational support by efficiently coordinating schedules, activities, and commitments. Organizes meetings, events, and logistics, and ensures timely follow-up on pending items, projects, and requests. Key responsibilities include call handling and screening, correspondence management, appointment coordination, document control and updating, and serving as a liaison among departments to ensure effective internal communication. Additionally, supports event logistics and execution, visitor reception, and general tasks requiring organization, discretion, and consistent follow-up. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position * Age 23–35 (indicative) * **Flexible working hours and willingness to travel** * Excellent appearance, discretion, and professional demeanor **Technical Skills:** * Executive calendar management * Microsoft Office suite * Document and file control * Correspondence management * Meeting and event organization **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Additional availability as required (including weekends) **Position Type:** Full-time (fee-based, probationary period) **Work Location:** On-site employment Salary: Starting at $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
