Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance for production equipment, guaranteeing operational continuity and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operational continuity and reduction of downtime. 2. Develop and update the master preventive and predictive maintenance plan. 3. Generate and analyze key maintenance indicators such as MTTR and MTBF. ***WE ARE SEEKING A MAINTENANCE PLANNER FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY:*** Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment, guaranteeing operational continuity, reduction of downtime, and achievement of plant efficiency indicators. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Residency in Aguascalientes. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and TPM maintenance. * Willingness to work on-site at the plant. **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the master preventive and predictive maintenance plan. * Schedule work orders according to operational priorities. * Coordinate scheduled shutdowns with Production. * Track major corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis. * Manage maintenance backlog. * Administer inventory of critical spare parts. * Generate and analyze indicators: MTTR, MTBF, availability, PM compliance. * Manage purchase requisitions and vendor follow-up. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and BPM standards. * Maintain the maintenance management system (SAP, MP, or other) up to date. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Food vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * 19 days of Christmas bonus * 42% vacation premium * Seniority bonus * Productivity bonus * And more...
