




Job Summary: End-to-end management of technical procurement, supplier negotiation, and inventory administration for industrial automation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manage consumables inventory and ensure its availability Main Responsibilities • Manage technical procurement for industrial automation projects. • Analyze bills of materials (BOM), technical specifications, electrical diagrams, and engineering requirements. • Request, evaluate, and compare technical and commercial quotations. • Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers. • Manage procurement of components such as PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives, servo motors, sensors, machine vision systems, electrical enclosures, and integration materials. • Quote and manage outsourcing of external services including machining, structural fabrication, laser cutting, bending, painting, electrical integration, specialized programming, and transportation. • Technically and economically evaluate service provider proposals. • Track purchase orders and service orders diligently until receipt and administrative closure. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure schedule adherence. • Evaluate and develop strategic domestic and international suppliers. • Propose technical alternatives in cases of shortage or obsolescence. Consumables Warehouse Management • Manage consumables inventory (wiring, connectors, cable trays, fasteners, labels, protective equipment, etc.). • Define and control minimum and maximum stock levels. • Implement controls to prevent overstocking or shortages. • Conduct periodic inventories and reconciliations. • Generate turnover and consumption reports. • Ensure continuous availability for operations and projects. Required Profile Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in industrial technical procurement and experience in industrial automation projects. Desired Technical Knowledge: Interpretation of electrical diagrams, handling of bills of materials (BOM), knowledge of electrical and control components, technical English.
