





We are looking for a strategic leader to supervise and manage our telemarketing sales team. You will be key in ensuring goal achievement and maintaining operational excellence in the distribution of **highly specialized medications**. What We Are Looking For? · **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or related field**. · **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** as a Supervisor in Sales Teams, Call Center, or Telemarketing. · **Technical Proficiency:** Essential experience in: o Advanced **CRM** usage o Call Center/Telephony software o Data analysis tools and key performance indicators (**KPIs**) Your Key Responsibilities: **1\. Team Leadership and Development:** · Supervise and coordinate daily agent operations, assigning tasks and managing workload. · **Continuous Coaching and Training:** Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, and develop training content to enhance performance. · Evaluate staff performance using **KPIs** (conversion rate, average call duration, quota attainment) and provide regular, constructive feedback. **2\. Strategy and Results:** · Ensure the team meets and exceeds established **sales targets** and service quality goals. · **Strategic Analysis:** Monitor and analyze sales results and customer satisfaction to identify trends and critical areas for improvement in the sales process. · Propose and implement improvements in processes and practices to optimize operational efficiency. **3\. Operations and Support:** · Effectively manage and resolve complex customer issues or complaints, increasing satisfaction levels. · Provide prompt support and solutions to operational or technical problems faced by agents. · Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Warehouse) to optimize workflow and overall supply chain efficiency.
