Provide computing equipment, projectors, speakers, laptops, and/or tablets to faculty and students to facilitate access to digital information on platforms. 2. Maintain control, tracking, and management of the use of teaching materials and resources available on campus. 3. Coordinate equipment maintenance through the service desk, following up with the IT leader. 4. Provide guidance to users unfamiliar with the operation of physical and digital libraries so they can properly utilize the available materials. 5. Train users in handling digital materials and platform-based content available at the information center to promote the use of bibliographic resources as support for school projects. 6. Control internal and external consultation and lending of existing teaching materials in the library to ensure resource availability for as many users as possible. 8. Record checkouts and returns in user records when library materials are requested or returned, ensuring proper control and replacement of lost or damaged physical and digital collections. 9. Collaborate with academic departments to review study plans and programs for each term, ensuring sufficient physical and digital bibliographic materials are available to serve users' needs throughout the course. 10. Supervise order and appropriate use by users of the reading room and all resources assigned to the campus information center, ensuring it remains a space dedicated to knowledge acquisition.
