Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial cafeteria supervisor with experience in team coordination, food safety regulations, cost and inventory management, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of industrial cafeteria 2. Coordination of activities with cooks and assistants 3. Experience in cost and inventory management Experience required includes supervision of an industrial cafeteria within a company, teamwork, coordination of activities with cooks and general assistants, mandatory prior experience as a supervisor in the food service industry, knowledge of applicable food handling standards and regulations, experience in cost and inventory management, placing orders according to schedule, managing staff incidents, and other related duties. The cafeterias are located south of Aguascalientes; candidates preferably have their own vehicle for commuting. Salary is negotiable.
