Safe and Efficient Operation of Hopper Units** * Operate hopper, gondola, or dump trucks, complying with traffic and road safety regulations. * Supervise the loading and unloading process, ensuring proper material distribution. * Perform safe unloading maneuvers, avoiding damage to the unit or facilities. * Follow assigned itineraries and routes, maintaining constant communication with the Logistics or Monitoring department. **KPIs:** * On-time delivery compliance (\>95%). * Zero operational accidents or incidents. * Route efficiency level (\>90%). **2\. Unit Inspection and Maintenance** * Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation checks (fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights, hydraulic system, etc.). * Report any anomalies or mechanical failures to the Workshop department. * Keep the unit clean and in safe operating condition. * Assist in completing scheduled preventive maintenance services. **KPIs:** * Compliance with daily mechanical inspections (100%). * Zero incidents due to maintenance omissions. * Complete and timely reports submitted (\>95%). **3\. Regulatory and Documentation Compliance** * Hold a valid federal driver's license type “B” or “E” and required official documents (INE, medical exam, SCT). * Comply with federal and state traffic regulations, as well as internal MTO Logistics policies. * Maintain logs for trip records, mileage, fuel consumption, and material deliveries. * Deliver load confirmations, weighbridge tickets, and delivery documents on time. **KPIs:** * Documentation and regulatory compliance (100%). * Zero violations or penalties. * Complete document submissions (\>95%). **4\. Safety, Custody, and Material Control** * Ensure the hopper or gondola is properly closed, secured, and leak-free. * Comply with safety and environmental protection policies. * Maintain constant communication with the monitoring center during transit. * Report any risk situations, incidents, or deviations. **KPIs:** * Zero material losses or leaks. * Safety protocol compliance (\>95%). * Zero accidents during operation. **5\. Corporate Representation and Image** * Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude with clients, supervisors, and colleagues. * Take care of personal appearance and the assigned vehicle’s presentation. * Promote adherence to safety, respect, and organizational culture policies. * Represent MTO Logistics responsibly, ethically, and with commitment. **KPIs:** * Positive performance evaluation (\>90%). * Zero misconduct or image-related complaints. * Code of ethics compliance (100%). **Working Conditions** * Variable shifts according to operations (**local, regional, or long-distance**). * Availability to work weekends or holidays as scheduled. * Exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, and road conditions. * Mandatory use of uniform, boots, helmet, reflective vest, and identification badge. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Completed secondary school (preferably high school or technical degree in transportation). **Experience:** 3 to 5 years operating hopper, gondola, or dump trucks on local or regional routes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Operation of hopper hydraulic systems and discharge mechanisms. * SCT regulations and federal traffic rules. * Loading, unloading, and bulk material transportation. * Basic maintenance and road safety. * GPS usage and communication with monitoring. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Safe and defensive driving. * Honesty and discipline. * Decision-making under pressure. * Results-oriented and teamwork.
