Due to a new branch opening, we are seeking a Branch Assistant Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in economics or administration (desirable). Experience in sales, inventory management, and logistics; basic knowledge of cash handling and branch billing (verifiable). Proficiency in computer equipment, smartphones, and social media. Leadership and team management skills. Strong negotiation, analytical, and research abilities. Firm, dynamic, and proactive personality. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising branch staff with safety, leadership, and honesty, providing effective coaching to employees and collaborating closely with the Branch Manager. Set individual goals and objectives for the team, along with development strategies. Train and develop the work team jointly with the Branch Manager.
