




We are seeking a Zonal Coordinator to join our team at MEDICAL LIFE. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supervising operations within your zone, ensuring that company objectives are met efficiently. Your role involves collaborating with local teams to optimize processes, manage the performance of medical professionals, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your experience in team management and the medical sector will be crucial for this position. You must possess a solid understanding of medical regulations and standards, as well as advanced skills in customer and supplier relationship management. Additionally, demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities will be required. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in coordination, supervision, or zone management within the Retail sector. * Experience managing personnel and multiple units. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Candidate must be able to drive a standard vehicle (driving test applies). **Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor operations across **5 assigned clinics**. * Provide support, guidance, and assistance to leaders of assigned units. * Resolve and provide containment for issues arising in assigned units. * Prepare and submit administrative reports to direct supervisor. * Manage and monitor vacancies across each assigned business unit. * Comply with and enforce operational policies across assigned business units. * Responsibly and promptly validate progressive disciplinary policy implementation. * Measure established KPIs for each business unit. * Conduct periodic inventories of supplies at business units, as well as Store Checks. * Close supply order folios by established deadlines. * Maintain control over toner request reports and stock folios. * Track and follow up on discrepancies reported during pharmacy audits of business units and conduct appropriate investigations. * Request and distribute uniforms. * Conduct performance evaluations for team members. * Request SyBI system user accounts for new hires or staff reassignments across various business units. * Authorize HR-related incidents. * Follow up on maintenance incident folios. * Follow up on IT system incident folios. * Monitor KPI indicators and develop monthly work plans jointly with teams from assigned business units. * Attend company-provided courses, conferences, and training sessions. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 07:00–17:00; **Saturday:** 09:00–14:00; Sunday: Fixed Day Off **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Paid training. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for career growth within the organization. * Company vehicle. * Toll and fuel reimbursement. * Computer equipment. * Telecommunications equipment
