We are seeking a Payroll Manager for NUTRYPOLLO. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects related to our employees' payroll. Your objective will be to ensure that payments are made accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. Responsibilities:  Plan, organize, and supervise the complete payroll process (data entry, calculation, validation, and payment).  Validate the correct application of attendance incidents (absences, delays, vacations, disabilities, overtime).  Review and approve calculations of earnings, deductions, and social security contributions.  Coordinate payroll disbursement with the Finance department and banks.  Supervise compliance with tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).  Review and authorize payroll tax filings (ISN).  Handle internal and external audits related to payroll.  Coordinate the preparation and delivery of stamped CFDI payroll receipts.  Review final settlements and severance payments to ensure legal compliance in calculations.  Ensure correct integration of IMSS contribution base salaries.  Update payroll policies and procedures according to legal or internal changes.  Supervise the filing and safeguarding of confidential payroll information.  Coordinate with the Social Security department the submission of affiliation movements arising from incidents.  Prepare payroll cost reports for Management and Executive teams.  Monitor indicators of timeliness and accuracy in payroll payments.  Identify areas for improvement in the payroll system and propose technological adjustments.  Follow up on employee inquiries and clarifications regarding payments.  Ensure compliance in the annual issuance of risk premium.  Participate in projects reviewing salary scales and compensation structures. Knowledge required: * Labor, tax, and social security legislation. * Payroll systems management (NOMIPAQ). * CFDI stamping. * Calculation of ISR, IMSS fees, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Integration of SBC (contribution base salary).
