We are seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for designing and executing the talent strategy, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and optimizing personnel processes. Reports to the General Management and leads the HR team. A position with a practical focus and results orientation; responsibilities may expand according to business needs. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement recruitment, selection, and onboarding policies and processes. * Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring tax and labor compliance. * Manage labor relations, contracts, leaves of absence, and disciplinary processes. * Develop training plans, performance evaluations, and career development plans. * Coordinate workplace climate programs and talent retention initiatives. * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire). * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal audits. * Lead, develop, and evaluate the Human Resources team. * Report metrics and recommendations to Management. Note: This position is subject to additional duties and special projects as required by the company. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with managerial experience. * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. * Experience in payroll administration and HR vendor management. * Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems (ERP/HCM) is desirable. * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
