Cost Manager. Responsibilities: * Develop a catalog of cost items. * Quantify and review project volumes. * Identify project cost items. * Coordinate information in the OPUS system. * Track project changes. * Monitor projects under construction. * Prepare the project’s base budget. * Structure budgets in an organized manner aligned with the construction process. * Procure material quotations. * Review project specifications. * Update the base budget upon any changes. * Record finalized budgets. * Verify that construction is carried out in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Profile: - Minimum 10 years’ experience in a directorial or managerial role overseeing base budget control for construction execution. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Knowledge: - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. - Construction site knowledge. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and OPUS software. - Knowledge of building codes and regulations. - Budget management and control. - Budget vs. cost analysis. - ERP system proficiency.
