




Job responsibilities: 1\. Under the guidance of the laboratory manager, complete all laboratory tasks; 2\. Understand the patient's treatment plan, grasp the progress of treatment, promptly handle important problems, and report to the laboratory leader and center general manager; 3\. Seriously implement various operational rules and regulations as well as technical operation routines, and strictly prevent errors and accidents; 4\. Accumulate information and timely summarize experience; 5\. Responsible for laboratory quality control and filling out relevant records; 6\. Responsible for the daily maintenance of instruments in the laboratory; 7\. Responsible for laboratory self inspection work. Qualification: 1\. Bachelor's degree or above in medical or biological embryology, and obtaining relevant qualification certificates; 2\. Systematically master laboratory skills in human assisted reproductive technology, with over 3 years of experience and ability in embryo laboratory management; 3\. Possess good planning and organization skills, communication, coordination and management abilities, execution ability, and good professional ethics; 4\. Senior work experience in domestic and foreign reproductive center embryo laboratories is preferred. Job responsibilities: 1\. Prior work experience in embryo laboratories of domestic or international reproductive centers is preferred.
