Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager or Coordinator with experience in inventory control, logistics, and personnel supervision to manage warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of assigned personnel **REQUIREMENTS:** ° Age between 30 and 50 years. ° Minimum education: Engineering degree or related Bachelor's degree. ° Prior experience in similar roles such as Warehouse Manager or Coordinator. ° Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory control and management, logistics. ° Excellent leadership, communication, and numerical skills. ° Flexible availability for work schedule. ° Willingness to perform operational tasks (loading and unloading of goods). ° MUST RESIDE IN AGUASCALIENTES. ° Valid documentation and current driver's license. ° PROVEN EMPLOYMENT STABILITY IS MANDATORY. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ° Inventory control. ° Logistics and warehouse layout management. ° Conducting warehouse inventories and maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels. ° Verifying compliance with First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles. ° Recording goods receipts and shipments in the system. ° Performing and documenting goods deliveries. ° Maintaining an orderly and clean warehouse area. ° Locating and arranging products according to the warehouse layout. ° Monitoring operational shrinkage. ° Placing warehouse supply orders with Procurement. ° Supervising assigned personnel: Warehouse Manager, Assistants, and Drivers. ° Meeting KPIs and submitting reports to Management. **WE OFFER:** ° Competitive salary, to be discussed. ° Statutory benefits. ° 100% IMSS contributions. ° Savings Fund (4%). ° Uniforms. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 48 hours per week as mandated by law (but subject to rotation based on warehouse operational needs).
