Job Summary: Support various operational activities such as loading, unloading, maintenance, packaging, inventory handling, and internal transportation, ensuring an organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in cargo loading and unloading activities 2. Maintenance and cleaning of facilities and equipment 3. Support in specific areas and material preparation Ø **Assistance in loading and unloading activities:** Assist in goods receipt and dispatch, moving materials and products within the warehouse or work area. Ø **Maintenance and cleaning:** Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for facilities, equipment, and tools, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Ø **Support in the custom area:** Collaborate by providing assistance to machinery operators and helping with material and product preparation. Ø **Packaging and labeling:** Assist in the packaging, labeling, and boxing of products, ensuring compliance with quality and presentation standards. Ø **Inventory handling:** Support physical inventory counts, tallying and recording quantities of products on hand, and assist with inventory organization and rotation. Ø **Internal transportation:** Move materials and products within the company using equipment and/or utility vehicles, following established safety procedures. Ø **Support in specific areas:** Depending on company needs, the general assistant may be required to provide support in specific areas such as the custom area, warehouse, maintenance, or basic administrative tasks.
