Monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements. **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** We are looking for a committed, proactive, and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team and ensure operational objectives are met under quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily production area activities. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of production schedules. * Manage operational staff, promoting a safe and collaborative work environment. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance with relevant departments. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision. * Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, and quality control. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
