Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and repair, in accordance with established maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery 2. Cleaning, lubrication, and repair of equipment 3. Monitoring of maintenance programs ***Required Equipment/Materials/Tools.*** * Welding equipment * Workshop equipment * Wire * Gas * Insulating tape * Oils * Workshop-specific tools * Measuring tools * Hand tools * Milling machine * Lathe * ETC ***Functions and Activities.*** **1\.** Clean and lubricate machines. **2\.** Maintain and monitor the approved preventive maintenance program previously reviewed and approved by the Engineering Manager and Management. **3\.** Perform any maintenance activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **4\.** Carry out repair, adjustment, cleaning, and lubrication activities for tools or work equipment as requested via work orders issued by production departments. **5\.** Document performed activities in the "Activities and Tools" section of work orders. **6\.** Report incidents occurring within the work area to the Maintenance Supervisor, or otherwise to the Engineering Manager. **7\.** Perform preventive maintenance according to the Annual Machinery Maintenance Plan and the Annual Infrastructure Maintenance Plan. **ETC** ***Minimum Educational Requirement for the Position.*** Secondary school education and/or technical training in machinery and tools and/or electromechanical ***Gender.*** Indifferent Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Life insurance Education: * Completed Higher Technical Degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
