




**Delivery Operations Consultant – Mexico****Overview** : Support the Sub Practice Leader and Capability Leads to drive and accomplish goals in utilization targets, employee engagement, certifications, and performance management . Collaborate across the business and can include Account teams and Support groups (Human Resources, Finance, People Supply Chain). **Key Responsibilities:****People Operations:*** Create business communications to share important messages and to engage employees regularly (e.g. rewards \& recognition, newsletters, all\-hands call) * Maintain C\&CA Career Path assignments and work with Capability Leads to update documentation * Maintain People Manager assignments in collaboration with Capability Leads * Drive the Performance Management lifecycle in collaboration with HR, Sub Practice lead and people trees * Maintain accurate Service Line, Specialty and Cost Center values within HR system * Maintain Practice distribution lists * Manage communications and approvals for learning Manage certification program * **Supply and Demand*** Coordinate with staffing managers and major account teams to monitor and optimize the bench, coming available, utilization, open roles, and upcoming pipeline * Drive initiatives for campus deployment, job rotation, contractor replacement and pyramid shaping * Prepare the monthly headcount forecast with supporting commentary on sales/demand pipeline and opportunities and risks Manage resources loaned outside the SBU by creating iSOWs * **Operational Compliance:*** Follow up weekly on missing timesheets and reversals of time to increase utilization and cost recovery * Perform sick time and vacation time analysis and follow up with Capability Leads on variances * Drive compliance on skills, certifications, resume update and mandatory trainings Analyze data sets such as timesheet compliance, utilization, and provide impacts and recommendations * **Skill Requirements:*** Experienced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis) * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
