**WE ARE SEEKING A CUTTING SUPERVISOR – AVOCADO HARVESTING TEAM** **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 years’ experience supervising cutting crews** in orchards. * Knowledge of **cutting types**, fruit characteristics, and **harvest scheduling**. * Ability to supervise both **the orchard and the quality of harvested fruit**. * Proficiency in **fruit sizing, weight grading, and damage detection**. * Familiarity with the **avocado-growing region** is desirable. * Conflict resolution skills * Ability to work under pressure **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise cutting personnel. * Verify compliance with quality standards for harvested fruit. * Support daily cutting logistics and scheduling. * Ensure achievement of established targets and deadlines.
