




We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee our operations at our base in Pachuca and surrounding areas, including: **BUS TERMINAL MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Logistics (preferred), or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational management role * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel * Excellent leadership and communication skills at all organizational levels * Strong knowledge of operational supervision **Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up on operations at the Tulancingo and Huauchinango bus terminals. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives. * Supervise daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. * Monitor and report performance to senior management. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability for travel.
