Focus on financial analysis and control **Position:** Administrative Manager **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Job Description** At Grupo CGE Automotriz, we are seeking personnel to coordinate and supervise administrative and financial processes, ensuring proper control of accounting information and achievement of departmental objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise accounting records and validate financial information * Monitor credit and collections processes * Prepare financial reports and performance analysis * Control and monitor the department’s budget * Monitor administrative and financial indicators * Maintain up-to-date accounting documentation * Support in presenting information to management **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in general accounting and financial analysis * Knowledge of administrative processes and internal controls * Proficiency in office tools and reporting **Skills** * Organization * Information analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM **We Offer** * Base salary: $25,000 monthly net * Additional KPI-based incentives * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Life insurance * Job stability Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
