




**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. * Experience in fleet and logistics management. * Gender: Indistinct * Minimum experience: 5 years **Skills:** Leadership, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Knowledge:** Transportation regulations, tracking systems (GPS) management, and logistics software. **Main Functions** * **Planning and coordination:** * Plans and organizes optimal transportation routes. * Coordinates the assignment of vehicles and drivers for various tasks. * Monitors and resolves real-time incidents such as delays, breakdowns, or personnel issues. * **Fleet and maintenance management:** * Manages and monitors the condition of the vehicle fleet, ensuring proper operation. * Coordinates necessary maintenance and repairs. * **Regulatory compliance and control:** * Ensures compliance with national and international transportation laws and regulations. * Controls cargo loading and vehicle handling. * **Vendor and relationship management:** * Maintains and negotiates relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other partners. * Manages cargo space bookings and negotiates rates. * **Optimization and analysis:** * Optimizes resource usage such as fuel and time to improve efficiency. * Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepares reports for management. * **Interdepartmental coordination:** * Collaborates closely with other departments such as sales, human resources, and warehouse for integrated logistics planning. * **Personnel management:** * Provides leadership and communicates effectively with the team to ensure optimal performance.
