Order negotiation and retail system management Grupo Capistrano is seeking our new Self-Service Channel Sales Supervisor ESSENTIAL AND RECENT EXPERIENCE IN THE SECTOR Completed bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field ***Must reside in Monterrey, as familiarity with the local area and surrounding regions is required*** DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THIS EXPERIENCE * Serving self-service stores in the DELI department, local and out-of-town areas. * In-store order negotiation. * Operation of retail systems used by various chains (Retail link, promonet, timetracker, telson, etc). * Recruitment and training of in-store promoters. * Management of work teams comprising at least 30 employees. * Management of debit memos. * Proactive and facilitative leader. * Availability to work full-time Monday through Saturday.
