




***SALES SUPERVISOR*** **JOIN GAS BUTANO!** Gas Butano, a 100% Mexican company, is looking for your talent. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate the sales team (driver-salespeople) and delivery routes to ensure efficient and safe product delivery, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, train staff on sales techniques and safety regulations, and resolve customer incidents—all while adhering to company standards and regulations (NOMs) governing LPG handling, with a strong emphasis on leadership and results. **Functions:** * Continuously supervise goal achievement by monitoring daily sales. * Verify compliance with work schedules and attendance; organize routes and zone coverage to maximize team productivity. * Monitor team performance to achieve sales targets and expand the customer portfolio. * Verify compliance with safety regulations (NOMs) regarding product handling, uniform usage, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Develop strategies for acquiring and retaining new customers. * Ensure operational efficiency in distribution and delivery processes. * Design and/or restructure sales routes to optimize efficiency. * Support the Call Center department to provide timely customer service. * Address customer complaints. * Receive sales staff and complete established forms for payroll settlement. * Supervise unit sales and routes in the market. * Close daily LPG sales—both bulk (tanker trucks) and cylinder deliveries. * Manage and prepare reports and summaries. * Complete daily inspection maintenance logs. * Conduct checklist-based supervision of tanker truck and cylinder transfer equipment. **Skills and Education:** * Problem-solving ability, responsibility, sense of urgency, administrative and fieldwork capability. * Flexible schedule availability and teamwork orientation. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to deliver clear instructions and constructive feedback. * Assertive communication skills with staff, customers, and authorities. * Technical or professional education related to the hydrocarbons industry. **Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Technical Degree or Incomplete University Degree. * Experience managing personnel. * Minimum one year’s experience in a supervisory role. * Age: 25–45 years. * Valid Driver’s License. * Sales Target Orientation. * Decision-making ability and initiative. * Knowledge: Leadership, Microsoft Office, Organization. **We Offer:** * Fixed weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. **Job Information** * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. ***If you meet the requirements and are interested, submit your application.*** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers.
