Set individual goals and objectives for team members; leverage robust technological support to achieve sales targets; offer a wide variety of cutting-edge products and services from market-leading brands in furniture, major appliances, electronics, insurance, and personal loans to fulfill sales goals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager. * Preferably in the retail sector. * Strong leadership capability. * Dynamic, proactive personality with personnel management skills. * Currently earning or having earned at least $25,000 MXN per month (**verifiable**). * Clean credit bureau report. * Experience working under quota-based systems and goal-oriented performance frameworks. * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
