




Involves handling packages in operations, including manual handling, sorting and scanning activities, and performing any related administrative or clerical tasks. Job Summary: Performs the following activities under general supervision: * Efficiently and safely delivers and picks up packages. * Inspects packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of contents—including weight and dimensions—appropriate packaging, declared values, and special requirements for hazardous materials shipments. * Accurately and meticulously prepares documentation related to package pickup and delivery, such as air waybills, delivery records, vehicle status reports, etc. * Proactively seeks additional business opportunities with existing customers; if unsuccessful, refers them to the Sales Manager. * Reports changes in customer handling and/or competitor activity to Station Operations, Management, and Sales. * Safely loads and unloads aircraft and company vehicles. * Conducts size and weight sorting and audits of packages and boxes. * Ensures use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies, procedures, standards, rules, and practices. * Operates company vehicles safely and performs basic maintenance (cleaning, washing, tire pressure checks, etc.) Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education Level: * Completed high school education. * Basic English preferred. Minimum Experience: * Preferred experience in ramp operations and warehouse equipment handling. Minimum Required Skills: * Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kg) using appropriate equipment. * Availability to work variable shifts. * Vehicle maintenance experience and familiarity with hand and power tools preferred. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Planning and organizational skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Teamwork skills.
