(**FRAGRANCE**) * Manage inventory. * Provide friendly, service-oriented customer assistance. * Analyze sales performance and generate reports. * Monitor KPIs. * Train and develop the team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales manager in fragrance or cosmetics retail stores, including responsibility for sales strategies, inventory control, shrinkage management, and staff supervision.
