What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Store Assistant Manager (retail experience mandatory) * Completed high school diploma and/or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Strong leadership, results-oriented mindset, and excellent customer service skills * Proficiency in inventory management, shrinkage control, cash handling, and asset management * Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from the store * Employment reference letters or certificates from your last three jobs What will you do? * Oversee daily store operations * Store opening and closing procedures \- Supervise team to ensure: * Excellent customer service * Cleanliness, order, and adherence to procedures * Full cash control, cash counts, and bank deposits \- Inventory management: * Daily, cyclical, and random stock counts * Shrinkage control and reduction * Reporting and resolution of operational incidents * Support in staff recruitment and training What do we offer? * Gross monthly salary of $11,000\.00 (paid biweekly via Banorte) * Uncapped biweekly commissions based on total store sales * Punctuality bonus (Additional $750\) * Attendance bonus (Additional $750\) * Ongoing training * Statutory benefits from day one (15-day year-end bonus, 12 vacation days in first year, 25% vacation premium, INFONAVIT and FONACOT) * 100% formal payroll registration and actual IMSS contributions Fixed schedule: * Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM * Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Fixed weekday day off * One-hour lunch break every day Interested in growing with us?
